Delivery

All deliveries for the UK are FREE. There is a charge of 18 Euros for deliveries into Europe. We send orders via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed (Next Day Service) and FedEx Priority Service, both tracked and signed for, for proof of delivery. Please be aware you may be required to send proof of identity before shipment, and will be required to sign for your delivery. It is therefore important that you are available to receive the delivery in person or should specify an alternative arrangement. Deliveries are fully insured against losses, damages and theft in transit.

Although we make every attempt to deliver goods within the estimated timeframe, there is a possibility unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery. Peepalls Jewellers do not warrant or guarantee the delivery date, and shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage, expenses or other claims that you may incur as a result of a delayed delivery.

Upon receiving your delivery, you become the sole owner of the item, and the item is held at your own risk. We are not liable for loss, damage or destruction once received by you. 

The packaging we use for deliveries is discrete for security and discretion purposes. We ask that, in the event of returning an order by post, you do not write phrases on the packaging that could indicate the value of the contents. Instead, the package should be addressed to Peepalls Jewellers, c/o Global Refining Limited, Forward House, 17 High Street, Henley-in-Arden, Warwickshire, B95 5AA. Returns

Peepalls Jewellers DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON, however we do allow one (1) exchange within 14 days of the arrival date. In the event you are dissatisfied with your order, we will exchange your item for one of equal or greater value, where there will be a charge for the difference in cost.

Diamond Jewellery items are only to be exchanged with other diamond jewellery items and are NOT to be exchanged for credit or any other products or services we provide. Please get in contact with further instructions on how to proceed with exchanges.

Any other products and services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

If you are sending back an item due to a manufacturer fault, you must make sure to include any packaging or paperwork that was sent to you with the item, in the parcel that you are returning with the item. You must insure the parcel for the full price of the item, as Peepalls Jewellers is NOT liable for any loss or damages that occur during shipping.

You will be contacted when we receive the item, and from there the item will be thoroughly quality checked to ensure that there is no damage to the item or any excess wear and tear from the 14-day period. All items are to only be returned in the original condition that they were sent in.

Shipping Exchanges:

To ship an item back that is being exchanged, it MUST be posted to: Peepalls Jewellers, Global Refining Limited, Forward house,Henley-in-Arden, B95 5AAYou will be responsible for the shipping costs, and the item must be fully insured for the full price of the item. Peepalls Jewellers is not held liable for any damages that occur during shipping or any loss during shipping.
